We ship Monday-Friday with USPS from our Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- We do our best to ship same day for orders received by 2 pm EST. However please allow us up to 48 hours to ship your order.
- We offer FREE shipping on orders $60 and over.
- $3.95 - $4.95 for USPS Ground Advantage shipping (3-5 business days), depending on order value. Orders under $5 ship for $1.50
- $8.95 for Priority Mail Shipping (1-3 business days).
- $22.99 for Priority Mail Express shipping of up to 6 belts if order received by 2 pm. Guaranteed next day delivery to most locations.

INTERNATIONAL bandiwear.com is working with SkyBOX Checkout for international orders. SkyBOX Checkout allows us to show our prices in local currency and gives you the option to pay for your order in USD or local currency. The amount you pay at checkout will be final and inclusive of duties and taxes. SkyBOX Checkout guarantees the duty and tax estimates provided at checkout and will honor this price regardless of any differences between our estimates and the actual duties and taxes assessed by the customs authorities.

- Address Problems: If our shipping program flags your order because it thinks the address if invalid or because it thinks the address is missing a suite/apt/unit number, we will try to contact you via email, phone or text to get the correct address. We will not ship your order until we get a response from you. It is important you give us valid contact information for this reason.
- If you provide a wrong address on your order and we ship it to that address it is your responsibility. We will never alter or change an address that you enter (unless we speak to you previously). It is important that you check the address you entered as many payment methods will store previously used addresses (for gifts you may have sent) or sometimes an address will autofill some random address that isn't your intended. PLEASE CHECK.
