NOTE: Please measure carefully.  Don't assume you know your size. If you will wear mostly over jeans, measure with jeans on, or leggings if you will wear mostly with leggings.  Fall between sizes? Consider the following: Running/Fitness activities with athletic wear - choose the smaller of the two sizes.  Everyday/Casual over jeans etc. - choose the larger of the two sizes.  Since we suggest wearing on your high hip (low waist) please take into account pulling it over your hips which are generally a few inches more than your high hip.
