Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
Requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt or detailed order information (see below).
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 1-3 days of date returned merchandise is received by BANDI.
Returns will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping). Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Details to return or exchange an item by mail
Pack the item(s) in the original product packaging, or similar.
Include a copy of the receipt/packing slip, or the following information:
- Your name and billing address
- The name of the person who placed the order
- The original purchase price and approximate date of purchase
- The reason for your return or exchange request
- Other important details, if available
